When some Companies introduce a new Product they hire people to do Demonstations of the New Products. These Companies realize that most people make decisions in the stores while they shop and if they see a demonstration of a new product they are far more likely to try that product.

Doing Demos for a Company can result in an amazing Increase in Sales so it is in a Companies best interest to hire people to do these Demos in as many locations as possible. The Companies supply you with everything you will need to do the job. They pay quite well and in some cases you are allowed to keep the products you are demonstrating. You can be in several stores in one day and earn a good wage from each company. Some Companies know months in advance when and where Demos are needed so it can make planning your work a lot easier. The first couple of times can be a little un-nerving but it soon becomes a routine. The best part of doing Demos is that there are not thousands of people competing for the jobs. Many People can not get up in front of a crowd and talk to them. This limits the competition so if you don't mind talking to folks you can get a lot of jobs! The other nice thing is that there is NO BOSS watching over your shoulder. You just do your job and go home.
